About the Foundation
No one is prepared for an unexpected tragedy or financial setback, and sometimes life will throw you a curveball that causes you to lose your footing in life. All you need is a lifeline. All you need is an opportunity to catch your breath and reset your life.
The Heaven Sent Foundation was created to help parents who are facing a challenging time in their life and need a helping hand.
Established in 2010, Cynthia Williams-Bey, her family, and partners decided to address the challenges faced by many parents with childcare needs and using their resources to provide a solution to a growing issue. Mrs. Williams-Bey stated, "We believe strongly in the Word of God, which states in Galatians 6:2, Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ. One of our goals is to help carry parent's childcare burden and help minimize their financial stress."
At Heaven Sent Foundation, we understand the challenges parents experience when faced with the decision of paying a bill or paying child care. We know the feeling of not having enough, and the difficulty of making ends meet. Our way of giving back is simple. We help in the best way we know how to help - through prayer and assistance in childcare.

If you or someone you know need child care, our Foundation may be the solution to your problem. Review our application process and complete our pre-screen form to learn whether you qualify for services. Remember, weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for children by ensuring they are able to receive support in every area of their life.

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
Submitting your application is simple, private, and online. We pre-screen all applicants during our open-enrollment period. During our open enrollment period, we will make our online application available for anyone in need of services. All applicants are screened for consideration. Applying online does not guarantee services. We will notify you via email if your application is approved to receive services.
APPLICATION TIMELINES
We will reopen the application submission June 2021.

I Became A Single Parent Over Night...
"My husband and I registered our 18-month-old son in Heaven Sent Child Care back in 2009. Who would’ve known that life would change drastically for my lovely family of three? When my husband passed away in 2011, I didn’t know what I would do. I had a lot on my plate, and I became a single parent overnight. I needed to find a job and a new place to live. I had to put my life back together. I had a three-year-old who needed to be cared for while I figured out our next steps in life.
Cynthia and Andri, the owners of Heaven Sent, was a blessing to my son and me in so many ways. They loved on him and me and made it very clear that I would not need to add the burden of paying for child care services to my already full plate. I had to start back to work, and Cynthia and her staff provided child care service for free. He was well taken care of at Heaven Sent Child Care and given so much love at a time he needed it most.
As a single parent, I truly appreciate Heaven Sent Child Care for providing free child care service. They were indeed Heaven Sent at the most pivotal moment in my life."

"I finally had the tenacious courage to escape a domestic violence relationship. It left me in a depleting emotional and financial turmoil. I work full-time, and I was scrambling for help with no beneficial resources. However, God used my storm to align me with a couple of genuine emphatic angels.
My story engulfed the heart of the Director to whom I was introduced too. She humbly awarded my babies a year of free of daycare. I cried in awe and pure shock! "This only happens on TV," was my exact thought. God saw my struggle and heard my cries. So I'm forever grateful and appreciative.
